72 Hour Health Guarantee
Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. For the protection of the buyer and breeder, the puppy should be examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy is declared unacceptable health by the licensed veterinarian with in 72 hours (unless this falls on a weekend or holiday) of the purchase date, buyer should issue a written statement of diagnosis that must be presented at the time the puppy is returned. The puppy must be returned to breeder with in 5 days of purchasing date. If the buyer does not take the puppy to a veterinarian with in 72 hours from the date of purchase, this warranty becomes null and void. The buyer shall elect to return the puppy to the breeder for a replacement puppy from the next available litter, provided that the puppy has not been injured or neglected.

1 year Limited Health Guarantee
The word "limited" is used because there are conditions that are very common to the Yorkshire Terrier, Goldendoodles and French Bulldog breed that are not covered by this guarantee.
-Buyer declares that they have done their research on the breed they have chosen and are fully aware of the health risks associated with this breed as well as training and housing requirements.
-Buyer understands and is fully aware that NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON other than those stated in this agreement.
-Breeder guarantees said puppy, until it turns ONE year old, is free from any LIFE THREATENING congenital defects related to the following conditions ONLY:
Life threatening heart defects (heart murmurs must be a grade 4 or higher).
3. Liver shunts.
4. Luxating patella (must be at least a grade 4 to warrant a replacement).
5. Severe hip dysplasia (must be confirmed by X-Rays and be graded severe and requiring euthanasia or surgery) Mild/moderate dysplasia is not covered as it is impossible to determine if it is congenital or environmental. Environmental means through repeated trauma to the undeveloped joints through rough play, too much exercise, jumping on and off of furniture and decks, etc.).
-Buyer understands that there MUST BE A CONCLUSIVE DIAGNOSIS in writing from the Buyer's veterinarian before a replacement puppy will be offered for any congenital defect or condition listed in this contract. A speculative or inconclusive diagnosis WILL NOT warrant a replacement puppy from the Breeder. No Exceptions!
-If the Buyer is owed a replacement they must take their replacement within 24months from the time the replacement was warranted. After 24 months the Buyer forfeits their right to a replacement.
-BUYER UNDERSTANDS THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE SELLER FOR A REPLACEMENT PUPPY WILL BE VERIFIED! WE WILL HAVE OUR VET CONTACT YOUR VET TO DISCUSS THEIR FINDINGS.
-Buyer agrees to authorize the release of said puppy's medical records to the Breeder and the Breeder's veterinarian for the purpose of review should a replacement puppy be requested or potentially warranted within 72 hours of notifying the Breeder of a problem. Failure to provide all medical records regarding said puppy will VOID Buyer's right to a replacement.
